Hi, really sorry about the delay, haven’t given the blog enough love over the past couple of years. Metal wise, it’s a base of Vallejo Metallic Black, drybrushed with Vallejo Steeld. The whole skeleton is then washed using mix: 6 parts Nuln Oil; 1 part Agrax Earthshade; 7 parts Lahmian Medium. This is repeated twice to ensure that everything is covered smoothly. Once done it receives a drybrush of Necron Compound and then edge highlights with Vallejo Steel. If I were to do this again, I’d likely replace Vallejo Steel with Scale 75 Heavy Metal as it’s a much nicer paint to use!
